TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 When High Risk training and assessment
is being completed no summative assessment can take place if
the applicant is not yet competent at formative assessment
level.
The RTO will issue a compliance training
logbook to candidates unsucessful at formative assessment,
with the process being that the candidate spend time
correcting the Section that they have been deemed not yet
competents. We can then either send the trainer back to give
more training or to finalise formative assessment.
This
allows candidate to continue to work on the job under
the supervision of a licenced operator/trainer.
2 The Workcover fee of $65.00 is payable
to
3 If the applicant can not supply the
appropriate proof of ID No assessment will take place and
the nominated assessors fee will still be applicable.
4 Applicants are to be 18 years or over
to be eligible for a Workcover Certificate of Competence
Plant & Equipment Assessment. 5
An
Interim Licence current for 60 days will be issued by
a Workcover Accredited Assessor upon successful completion
of that unit of competency. 6
When training on location we expect all participants to be
excluded from the workshift to concentrate on the training ,
we also need some machinery to be set aside for the
exclusive use of the training/assessment. 7
The agreed purchase price will be paid
regardless of any student absenteeism. 8
Upon receiving confirmation from a business for placement on
a course, we will send out a confirmation letter, the theory
section on loan to study, and proof of Id information sheet.
Easy Guide theory books on loan must be returned or a $30.00
fee for replacement will be incurred. 9
Additional expenses will be incurred by the purchaser for
any ongoing training & assessments. These costs will be
negotiated befor any additional services are supplied.
